I am going to be renting a house and they want a guarantor, but obviously I do not have one here.

Does anyone know of a service that offers this and what it costs?

It is not through a rental agency although we will have a contract drawn up.
Will be standard 2 year contract.
Failing that I will give them a cash guarantee, but not sure how much.
