I am the author of the ONLY book in spanish language (I believe) about CCW.
LA PORTACION OCULTA SI O NO?.
I sell it thru ML but I can send a free copy in PDF to those requesting one.
In Argentina you can buy and own firearms (or CLU licence) for three reasons only:
A) Personal proteccion in own home (not business)
B) Hunting
C) Sport shooting (inside a range)
You can not carry it loaded in your car, also you can not buy a bullet-proof vest, hollow point bullets, etc
In Arg they have issued about 70 CCW permits only , usually to judges, union men, etc. ,(while
in the good old USA they have issued 17,000,000+ altogether).
The penalties for carrying a CCW weapon may vary but it can reach up to 2 years in jail, plus
confiscation of all your guns, lose the CLU licence, etc.
However, you do not need a CLU licence to own front loaded, black powder guns.
These laws were issued during the last military junta goverment
