Situated near the Congreso, http://puntocumbre.com/ at Riobamba 165.
Gym opening hours:
Monday to Friday 16.00pm - 10.00pm
Tuesday and Thursday - 10.00am - 14.00pm

Yes, it's about 140 pesos per month or 20 pesos per day.
You have to know if you pay for month, they will require you medical exam.
But, if you only pay per day, there is no need to do this exam.
