Has anyone gotten their AR driver's licence?

I finally got my permanent residency and am pretty sure that my US licence is no longer valid for renting a car here.....
Has anyone done this?
 
yes I got mine a couple of years ago. It was one of the simplest tramites I've ever done here actually.
DNI and UK driving license was all that I needed.
This was sone in the province of course, so i'm not sure how it works in Cap, but it must be similar.
