It has been rented from next week on, but is vacant Sat and Sun eve for $35 USD per night. I could also ask the manager if there are other options in the building after that.

As regards to classes depends on the budget.
Some people I know take private lessons from tutors that are recommended in guide books or go to Daniela Wasser www.danielawasser.com.ar
Am sure other will have other suggestions..
