Help! Need someone interesting to Profile

Hi!
I'm studying here for NYU and I need to write a profile on someone who does something interesting by next week. I interviewed someone in Spanish but I can't understand his websites or anything else and now I am completely lost!

Are you interesting? Do you have an hour or so to meet somewhere so I can interview you about what your doing here/ in general? Do you know someone you can recommend? **Who can speak English! Turns out my spanish isn't up to par~

I'm in a bit of a time crunch!! I hope you can help!!
