HELP! - Recommendations on photo location for project

Hey Guys,

I am doing a photo project for school in which I have to incorporate a big window with an striking view of the city for a photo shoot with a model.

I have zero connections in Buenos Aires to make this happen in a private location so I am asking for your help, do any of you know of any museum, display room, rooftop, bar/club that is in an elevated floor and has a good/great view of the city?

Any tips, recommendations or comments would be truly appreciated.
