Help wanted formatting new MacBook Air and iPad

Have never-used 2022 Macbook Air and 2023 iPad, but don't know how to use them. Looking for someone to get them formatted and teach me the basics. Used to a 1975 Mac OS 10.16.6, but need help moving to this newer one. Josh the MacDaddy was great, but he returned to the US five years ago

Any leads will be much appreciated.
