Helpful Pharmacist, Santa Fe 3089

It might be useful to others to know there is an English speaking pharmacist who has proved quite helpful on a couple of occasions. She works at Farmacia Farsico, Avenida Santa Fe 3089, on the river side of Santa Fe and a short walk from the Aguero Subte stop heading toward Alto Palermo. Her name is Bettina. Her husband is a physician specializing in diabetes.

My Spanish is proficient, but it was nice to have her confirm anti-biotic info also in English some weeks ago.

Then, yesterday, I brought by a friend with an ear infection, and because of her personal contacts, she immediately arranged for an onsight consultation with a licensed specialist who traveled to the pharmacy for the consultation.

It was all quite above and beyond my hopes or expectations, and for a very reasonable fee.

Hence, if you find yourself with some medical need, this might be a good place for counsel and direction.

Highly recommended. I have gone to Bettina for years. I speak English and Spanish and did not know she speaks English, but that is another plus....I am not surprised as she spends a lot of time in Canada.

Phone number is 4823-5991. Google may give you a wrong number, ...-5992. Bettina tends to work mornings and early in the afternoon.
