My only hope has been that these guys seriously shoot themselves in the foot or CFK falls down a well. Looks like it's the foot.
 
The simple fact is that those in power , wherever that may be in the world , make the money , as do their friends and cronies. Some are just able to do it smarter than others. Some always seem to stick the proverbial foot in the mouth. I was raised a Catholic , but my Dad always taught me the 11th commandment. Thou Shall Not Get Caught.

Let's hope it is a 3" double ought Magnum buckshot that they shoot themselves in the foot with.

I agree with you, and its why I am an advercote for small government. The disappointing thing here though (and I know its not alone, but its definitely one of the worst) is that corruption is a part of the society, and at the political level goes unpunished.

Anyhoo, I am off for a beer.

Sometimes I wonder who preps these folks. Once was a total communication disaster... now this... and there are many others, I'm sure. Even Dubya knew just to say the same PR friendly response if they asked the same, inconvenient question...

Curiously, just a week ago, Cynthia Garcia and Co tried to convince us that the inflation rate of 10 percent really isn't the inflation rate, but just a price index of some sort. Evidently Hernán believes otherwise....
