Four seasons has a pool and allow their Spa guests to use the pool for the day. So you can try them.

This. I used to do this all the time (albeit it's been a few years). Four Seasons used to have this package where you can get a massage and use their spa, use the pool and they even used to have an option for lunch in the restaurant upstairs. I can't remember the price but it wasn't too bad and I did this several times with my spouse.
