Uriarte 2489 Avenida Santa Fe. I’m not sure if “Uriate” means block or street. I know that Santa Fe Avenue passes through the barrios of Retiro, Recoleta or Palermo. Do you know which barrio is "Uriarte 2489” on?

"Uriarte 2489" corner Av. Santa Fe is right in Palermo, cross the street is the La Rural de Palermo, Plaza Italia and the Buenos Aires Zoo, very busy and noisy area with traffic, btw Uriarte is the street name.

Yes, I agree with Lucas. You are right at Plaza Italia. There's a subway stop there, and a LOT of buses have stops at Plaza Italia.

The barrio is Palermo. Surrounding barrios are Recoleta, Villa Crespo, and Belgrano; of these, the most affordable is probably Villa Crespo.
