Hi friends, I'm an American planning to stay in Argentina for a couple years. I'm an electrical engineer in my 30's. I've run businesses in the past, everything from IT/computer networking/electronics to online businesses and currency trading. While I'm here I'm doing a complete 180 and planning to learn butchery, animal husbandry, and improve my Spanish! Also always looking to make new friends!

Keep in mind that some cuts of beef are different here than in the US

Thanks for the tips guys. At the moment my plan is to live in BA for a few months and try to befriend some carniceros at the local carnicerías once I get settled in. Once I'm feeling confident with my skills I may go 'WWOOF'ing in different locations in the countryside.
