holiday questions: oversay fee/uk passport/arg dni

I came in on a tourist visa, then extended the visa and during that time got married to an argentine. my visa ran out during the process of getting my argentine dni.

I recieved my argentine dni after my visa ran out.

My questions are, when I leave in dec for some holidays do I still need to pay the overstay fee? when I return and show my british passort will I be given another tourist visa?

Just trying to figure out the logistics, if anyone can gve me a heads-up on what to expect; thanks in advance!
