Hotel & dinner suggestion for Colonia

Hola!

My boyfriend and I are heading to Colonia in a couple weeks to do my first visa run. We want to stay one night and would prefer a nice little hotel, nothing too fancy, nothing too expensive. Also, we are dying for some seafood!!! Any recommendations for a restaurant, maybe with a water view and some romance? The food is most important, but if we can have it all, why not? We don't have loads of money, so please only reasonable suggestions!

I would recommend for you to take the time to go to tripadvisor.com and check on the hotels. You will find real answers to questions and ratings and prices (importnat!). I usually stay at the "Posada del Angel" that is an old old hotel..I love old stuff adn I always ask to get a room in the old building (the new one looses its charm). It is a little pricey maybe but you might want to book it through travelocity.com instead of at a local agency. I have bookeed tons of hotel stays with travelocity at much lower rates than the local ones.
