Has anyone managed to do this locally? if so how?
here's my profile :

1 - I'm legal resident de Argentina ( desde 2008 )
2 - legally married to an Argentine
3 - I have an Argentine son
4 - I have 2 businesses which I own based in USA ( but no bank accounts here in Argentina )
5 - I can prove income with my bank statements ( HSBC and CHASE )
6 - I have a very good Credit Card Rating.

if the above wont cut it... what will? do i need to become a monotributo?

thanks!

Go to a major Car Dealership that sells your chosen vehicle and enquire forms of financing or leasing . With your qualifications opening a local bank account and securing a personal loan should pose no problem

Car financing has very low requirements because by the time you got it you already paid for it and you owe another 2 cars. This is for poor people. Buy cash.

I just read that banks charge a mere 33.50 % interest on all loans.
Perhaps a Sube card might be a better way to go? Inexpensive, but cash only.

Arturino!

This is about the one case per million in which I agree with Bajo Cero: "Car financing has very low requirements because by the time you got it you already paid for it and you owe another 2 cars. This is for poor people. Buy cash." He's actually right on the ball. Don't do it.

Stop by Houdini and I'll give you more details :)
