How may one contact MercadoLibre without being a customer?

Help please! I know nothing about MercadoLibre but a friend back in the UK needs to contact them - preferably their fraud department - but all links seem to lead to needing to be a member and/or having a recognisable DNI number. Any suggestions how he may get in touch?

You can't. It's deliberate. They hate you. If there was a fraudulent payment, contact your bank to get the charge reversed and explain that there is no way to contact them. It won't be the first time they've heard it.
