I ordered something from DX December 30th, it arrived in Argentina on January 23rd and as of today,
43 days later it still is in "CTP CPI-BUENOS AIRES EN PROCESO DE CLASIFICACIÓN".

You can order whatever you want, whether it will come or not is another thing...

That is awful! Do you know how long will you have to wait to get it?

Did you bought them on Dealextreme or Alibaba? Do you happen to know how safe is to buy in Alibaba?

I've used both in the past but neither since they changed the mail rules.

Its perfectly safe, check the ratings of the sellers though to make sure you get a good one. Its basically ebay for manufacturers.

I'm guessing if it already hasn't been robbed by the lovely souls at EZE
or CTP/CTI, what/wherever that is, 6-8 weeks, like the old days, so
maybe by the end of March. Hey, 4 months is fast for anything in
this country.

Yesterday I went to the local post office in Vicente Lopez, print outs in hand, in search of the illusive sunglasses sent to me as a gift from a friend in Texas in January.
Not only have I not received an advice note by the post office, but they couldn't even shed more light on it. I asked where i should go next and they didn't know, so gave me a helpline number 4891 9191, which nobody answers.
Therefore i have to assume that this is where they have ended up.
