How to prescriptions work at the moment?

Hey, does anyone know if you need to get a physical paper copy of a prescription at the moment? I'm trying to arrange to a private appointment but not clear if I need to actuallly meet them or if video calls and emails still work.

You can get a digital prescription, and from what I've seen, Farmacity and other pharmacies have no problem with that. However, some insurance companies, OSDE is one of them, do not accept digital prescriptions.

I have Galeno and have been doing nothing but digital prescriptions at Farmacity for months, no issues.

you don't need a paper script. A digital one or even just a photo of the paper script with the notation written on it "emergencia Covid-19" is enough.
