Description

This is a work-from-home job. Must have suitable place to work and own computer and reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities:
- Vendor enrollment, vendor recruiting, data entry into vendor software, vendor correspondence
- Perform quality assurance on translated documents and return document with comments to translator and/or editor to clarify/answer questions
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets to track projects
- Perform project management, including accepting project assignments from clients, assigning them to vendors, receiving translated and edited files and returning files to clients
- General clerical support
- Doing online research to identify vendors and collect any necessary information for individual projects
Skills and abilities:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to emails and/or phone calls, be mindful of deadlines and ensure that all deadlines are met
- Exceptional English writing and speaking skills. Must be a native English speaker.
- Flexibility to handle urgent assignments and work extra hours to meet client deadlines
- Preferably familiar and experienced with social media, especially LinkedIn
Software skills:
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (preferably also PowerPoint)
- Ability and willingness to learn new software
