I've been to several places in Western Europe and even thought about moving to Spain, Portugal, or Cyprus before I considered Argentina. These places are too crowded and expensive. I've never been to Albania, but I think other factors should be weighed in other than cost of living, like safety.

Just move to Mexico or China, super cheap and high quality of life.
Fridge in my nearest Vea was 1.3M pesos last month and same fridge with new sticker of 1.6M pesos.
Who knows, maybe at some point it might be 1 billion pesos for a pack of rice.
Milei's shock therapy really worked well.

Left Argentina for Spain and my Arg wife and our kids recently joined me. Even my wife who always wanted to live in Argentina for the last 10 years while we were living in Europe and managed to do that for a year until last week; she was so desperate to get out of AR. It is overpriced with less quality. Whereas Spain, can be very deserted if you want to and very very cheap compared to Argentina. Our nanny who left AR for the first time is shocked at the prices here. Weekend in Barcelona and decided to move there from Alicante. I’m done with Argentina and never want to go back even for a visit. I’m traumatised.

My family are going back to Europe this year. Our decisions are for a variety of reasons but overall Europe is a much better place to raise children than Buenos Aires. Quality of life there is better almost in every aspect. I've lived many years here and there.

Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, new generation France, UK. I’m Argentine and I can guarantee that we are not that friendly. We got too much of an ego actually!
Argentines unfortunately do not know their best strengths, I disagree completely, this is the friendliest country I have ever lived in.

I've made more friends living here two years than I did in the last 10 years living in the US.

I would never call the French or English 'friendly'. Portugal is annoyed at their foreigners. Spain and Italy, I'm not sure about. Greece - yes, agreed, friendly.

I very much hope it works out for you!!!

Which countries in Europe have people as friendly as here?
There are some great wonderful people in Argentina and I speak more about the culture of Buenos Aires specifically here. Both driving habits, business and even social formality can be extremely aggressive. Outside of close family and friends. I'm not from a city and where I come from the people are more considerate and polite. It's called "Ciudad de la Furia" for a reason.

To clarify I have some wonderful friendships too but I'm talking about the society as whole.
