They did their killings in the 60s and 70s , Tupamaros, Quebracho,FAP, Montoneros, ERP,Tacuara to name a few
There were plenty of killings here most of them outside the law from Peron when he was president later the military junta and all the subversive forces.
Comparing federal forces deporting ilegals in the US to fascism or other types of ''isms'' is beyond far fetched.
Hatred for a legally elected president does not authorize anyone to link him to any fascist regime, and further more , i'm sick and tired of a bunch of people crying wolf about shit that doesn't exist, it's just plain hatred and prejudice against an idea or a person and these people are the ones that will school you in tolerance
Its true that 50 years ago or more the Montoneros, who were mostly from the upper middle class, killed somewhere around 500 people, mostly military officers and police. And then, the government killed 5000 Montoneros, and 30,000 or so civilians.
And its certainly true that Peron, and other Argentine Military officers, killed a bunch of people over 40 or 50 years of coup and counter coup.
And every argentine I know admits that the reason we dont have a military government anymore, or much of a military here, is because of all the violence and counterviolence by the military.
But, again, its been incredibly peaceful here, since the last dicatorship failed in 82.
Police in Argentina kill very few people.
The ICE agents are, indeed, "federal forces". They are not trained law enforcement officers, they are border patrol. Many of the recent hires have 40 odd days of training. It shows.
As in the Justice Department link I posted earlier, you can see that actual LEO's in the USA have stricter rules, more training, oversight, and accountability. Many real LEOs are publiclly commenting on how unprofessional and sleazy the ICE agents are.
NOBODY in the USA has Unlimited Immunity, as Kristi Noem has been stating.
Trump makes his own bed, and in the USA, nobody needs authorization to think, or say, whatever they want.
I know a bunch of people who live in Mpls/st Paul. most are in my age range- over 65. Many are filming ice, and occasionally, protesting. They are not being paid by anyone, they are witnessing illegal actions by ICE, and recording it. Completely legally.
I see first person info about what shit exists...
I have protested Trump myself, last summer. I am 70. Nobody paid me. I made my own sign. I was on the street with virtually every senior citizen I know in my rural farming area up there, as young people have to work for a living, and, while they also were protesting, it was in smaller numbers.
