I Never Paid Taxes And I Need Help To Now How I Must Proceed

Hi, my name is Carlos, I live abroad since i was four, now I'm 43.
4 years ago I get my social security number at the US Embassy in Argentina.

I never fill the form to the IRS, I never paid taxes and I want to normalize this situation.

I search for help but the information is very confusing and I dont know what I have to do.
I call to IRS and wait 40 minutes and nobody answer, so a drop the call.

someone can guide me?

Carlos. Dealing with the IRS is difficult at best. I would hire an accountant and make any and all filings thru him or her. it will probably save you time and money in the long run. good luck

Try this guy, the online taxman. He usually helps to sort out tax for US expats abroad. He knows Argentina, used to live here. He might be able to help in your case.
