I just found this site Zinio.com. You can get an online subscription to many magazines and download them monthly. They can be read using a special reader software on your PC. It's not the same as having it in your hands, but it's pretty cheap and saves paper!

That's great. Thanks for the info. I already get a magazine called MAKE which I subscribed for the PDF version. I was skeptical even as I bought the subscription. But I actually really like it. You certainly can print it out, but why bother? It still comes with all the ad pages too. So if you did want to print it out, you could print just the content pages (or just the ad pages if that what you like).

Just out of curiosity on a related note, other than on c/ Florida is there anywhere I can get the Economist in physical form and how much does it cost these days?

many newstands (kioskos) have it, the price is around 35 pesos....great magazine but not sure it's worth the 10 dollars!
