I'd say 2 suitcases are fine, we're come through with that much. If you're worried, to pass a cursory inspection, you can remove the price tags and keep them with the receipts in a separate place if there are any further questions.

I am coming to BA in February to take care of my new grandchild for about a month. I want to bring clothes from Miami for my 3 grandchildren. What kind of issues will I encounter going through customs??

My wife always removes the price tags and store wrapping and distributes things a bit in the luggage (maybe unnecessary). No problems in multiple visits.
