To fill position immediately, 3 to 5 day a week commitment
Provide administrative and executive assistant support directly to CEO
Knowledge of :
Microsoft Word , Excel and Powerpoint
Google Applications including Google Apps, Corporate Email, Google Docs
Rapipago and banking systems in Buenos Aires for bill pay, account and bookkeeping
Local service Providers Speedy/Telefonica/Movistar, Fibertel/Cablevision, Iplan, Edesur, Aysa, Culligan Sparkling, Staples/Officenet
AFIP, Consulate intricacies and policies, Banking
Other daily duties include:
• Project coordination
• Follow and preserve all company branding and style guidelines for documents, communication, presentations, reports; manage and maintain archiving records
• Research, develop and maintain potential and current relationships with clients, appointment setting and agenda management
• Agenda management including travel schedules, client and staff meetings
• Support, assist and communicate with partners, intern assistants, offsite staff and project based staff
• Management of email, telephony and Blackberry applications
• Accounting of all office budget needs and services
• Provide support and professional know all and quick decision making when unforeseen situations occur
• Maintain and follow budget for all services as well as develop cost effective strategies to effectively running the business and finding support with sustenance / input from colleagues
• Effectively resolve issues in professional, direct, effective and discreet manner
• Follow and maintain corporate policies
• Maintain time management agenda for all tasks with full obligation
