Immigraciones opens

Out of curiosity for my planning purposes. How long after you submitted the docs on Radex on the 26 May, did they get back to you (I presume via email) and requested the additional/perfected docs?
Just FYI, they might never get back to you at all. I submitted all the BS in RADEX for perm residency in september of 2019 and patiently waited 90 days...nada. on the day 91 went to migraciones and the broad that attended asked me 3 times if I received any emails from them - in a grumpy aggressive tone and 'la cara de culo', implying less than subtly that it was my fault of missing their communication. After which she gave me a turno for the following week. I asked her why can't she just process the case since i had all the papers with me, she said they had no agents available -there was a dozen of them right next to her drinking mate and gossiping and she herself was mad at me for disrupting her leisurely pastime in their company. When I asked her why I didn't receive a turno within 90 days she replied that due to the high demand it was now taking a couple weeks longer than 90 days. Other people who applied during the same time frame got their turnos within a bit over a month.
Moral: the lazy bum who was supposed to review my application never bothered...So if you don't hear from them within a month you might consider going there and deliver a 'patada en el culo'...on behalf of the expats community:)

The response in the Radex system was frequent and constant from the individual reviewing my application and documents. Acknowledgement or instructions on additional docs required occured within a day or two after completing a phase.
The requirement is to upload the scanned document(s) only. No requirement to physically deliver the legalized letter.
Retrieving from Av Jujuy, should they open, is a repetitive nightmare that eventually may yield the DNI card.
I see. Ok just upload the scanned cert de domicilio as when you submit the legalized doc they asked for. That should do.

my handlers still tell me my application is pending. it's been well over a year now

I initiated the process in Dec. I had some handlers, maybe they handled that?

Maybe this is useful for anyone whose DNI exists but wasn't delivered due to the quarantine: I was able to get mi DNI on my mobile. You need to register with https://mi.argentina.gob.ar/ (with a CUIL, not your passport number or it will never work, if you are registered with your passport, delete the account and start again), download the Mi Argentina app to your mobile, write an email to [email protected] with your personal data and an explanation of why you need the digital DNI, and they send you an activation code to use in the app. The procedure is explained here: https://www.argentina.gob.ar/interior/dni/en-tu-celular
