It's interesting to see what Macri's apartment is like, like any Argentine man, he's got tons of colognes.
As a billionaire , his apartment is quite modest. Looking from his balcony, he seems to live in Palermo Chico, and I later found

And the president's office looks quite old and small, does not look like a place CFK likes to spend a lot of time in it. Hope Macri likes his new home.

She owns the entire 5th floor in a 6 storey building on the corner of Juncal and Uruguay, and is rumoured to have bought the 1st and 4th floors. The actual value is more likely at least $500,000 USD. It has 4 bedrooms, living, kitchen comedor etc. Sigh. 234k pesos. Maybe I need to move to Recoleta!

Don't hate me but in all fairness....The tax price is the price she paid for it less depreciation in pesos. Anyone who bought an apt here years ago and pays the personal taxes each year is pleasantly surprised at how the taxes are always going down.....legally.

What you mention is true, however In this case the Total Property value declared is $234,000 Pesos (not the R-E. taxes paid)

The Net Worth statement/Declaracion Jurada lists the assessed Fiscal Value of the Property

I always like that section of the Juncal and the small park on Juncal. I wonder if her apartment has the view to the small park.

Her apartment's about a block from me. I had commented that if I saw her on the street I wouldn't spit in her face and would open the door for her if it came to that - maybe I'll get a chance to see. Although I understand that she rents her apartment out for 26K pesos a month, so I doubt she's actually considering moving back here any time soon unless she lives in one of the other apartments she's bought and they're not rented out...

I don't think her apartment can see the park, it would have to be one building that would have that view, and I think she's on the other side of the street, though I could be wrong about which building it is.

I wonder what will happen if ElQueso opens door for CFK and CFK comes inside. 26k , that's less than 2000 dollars in blue rate for a big apartment. You can't even rent a studio in San Francisco. The rental in BsAs is cheap. She is so used to living in a palace, I doubt she will move back. It's a nice neighborhood, but not fancy like Macri's Palermo Chico.
