You could be asked for a Yellow Fever vaccination if you apply for a visa to certain countries and they know that you have been to Argentina. The reason is that the border with Brazil is considered a Yellow Fever zone, at least it was a few years ago. I know this because it was a requirement for me to get a work visa to a Middle Eastern country and I was applying through their embassy in BA. If you get the vaccination MAKE SURE you get it done by the Argentine government vaccination center and not at a place like Stamboulian because ONLY the official Argentine government center has international recognition.
