Insurance when travelling back home?

"Expat-Connection" has a free monthly presentation on their Medicus plan for expats. The plan has a great discount similar to business-company quantity deals, but you get that price even on your own. The plan includes travel insurance, for several trips year with some conditions that they will tell you at the presentation. I have another local coverage and I´m considering the switch because of the free included travel coverage.
