Internet slowdown due to quarantine?

My nephew lives in BA (Saavedra) - he is telling me there are significant bandwidth issues in the city - are others experiencing this as well?

Same as Lorianne. 70Mbps down, 9 up, on Speedtest, when it works. Had two major drop outs this afternoon.
