Is anyone having fun in BsAs?

Austria lifted the mask mandate and the infections spiked (it's winter there), so probably it is good to keep the masks on, especially when indoors. I would still avoid eating indoors with air-conditioning.
 
Does anyone live in or near Caballito? Looking to meet up with anyone friendly. I'm from the US, 41, single, just looking to make friends as I have none here.
