Is It A Good Time To Divest Or Invest In Argentina?

Remember..... '' if you have to point out how important and successful you are.......you're not ''

er.........the current President of the USA does it all the time and he is a billionaire so something not quite right with your thesis methinks.

The one where they taught me well enough to know that that's is a contraction of that is, and requires an apostrophe.

Sometimes truth is a cruel beast. End the rudeness...put up or shut up. Stock photos don't count.

ouch....

The current president* of the USA is a self-serving, aggrandizing, egocentric, narcissistic, a$$hole. (Who's wealth, by the way, can be demonstrated.)

Nice to know with whom you identify.

Actually I sold the Ferrari and bought an antique Porsche..........nothing quite like German engineering. I need to update my profile pic.

so no takers here on real estate market forecast? My investments went up 10% last year and the rental yields are very good........but how long can it last and could we see another boom coming soon making to worthwhile to wait before exiting the market?

I want to sell at the best price and buy a new Pagani car - have you seen it?

Perhaps there haven't been any "takers" here because this thread was apparently started by one...depending on which definition is applied:

taker

tak·er
Use taker in a sentence
 • a person who takes something; esp., an available buyer, bettor, etc.
 • a person who is characterized by selfishness

PS: If anyone ever does reply to the question asked in the original post, I think it would be more accurate to refer to them as a giver (of advice), not a taker (of anything).

Save yourself the headache of owning, managing and selling real estate in Argentina, buy "IRSA", an Argentine ADR.
