Would like to leave and seems like there are no flights out except to Bolivia. What’s going on?

There are flights, of course. Most of them are full up until late May. Like wait-list full. And then there is no guarantee all of them scheduled in May/ June will actually operate if restrictions get extended.

Which airlines have the best luck of actually flying? Can we see which flights are actually approved so we don't have to go through the airlines fucking everyone by cancelling flights last minute..

I thought ALL flights to Brazil were supposed to be cancelled due to the mutant virus? Why is Aerolineas still flying there?

In terms of best luck, AA or AR to MIA. And only MIA.

All flights scheduled are currently approved, until they are not anymore. No idea what will happen in late May or June in terms of existing restrictions requiring the frequencies we see today being extended or not. Now that Manaus and UK strains are already well and truly out of the bag here in Argentina it seems kind of redundant.

FYI Aerolineas Argentinas suspends all flights between 16MAY until 31AUG to:
  • Rio de Janeiro
  • Cancún
  • Santa Cruz Viru Viru (Pax may be rebooked onto flights operated by BOA instead)
  • Punta Cana
Additional notes:
  • Its flights to Sao Paulo GRU will operate as repatriation flights for Argentines only
  • LIM, BOG, SCL and ASU remain with one weekly service
  • MIA remains x6 per week, MAD increases to x3 per week from 10MAY
