Is the Uruguay visa situation just like Argentina?

Hello - Does anyone know if Uruguay has the same policy as Argentina around the tourist visa whereby you can stay for 90days, then leave the country, only to come back and have it renewed again?

Any information is appreciated.

There is plenty of information on that, but in short: yes. Until a total of 180 days it should be perfectly legal. Above 180 days it is not perfectly legal any more, but seems to be still tolerated anyway unless you (ab)use it to stay for years or behave stupidly, or have bad luck.
