OK this feels REALLY weird asking what is the equivalent of a cheese in the US that we have here....
but we are hoping to make our wonderful pastel de calabaza at the Xmas party for the northern folks and I don't have a clue what cheese to buy. Here we use Cremon so if anyone is familiar and can tell me a close-to-equivalent, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!
