is this the right time to buy a flat in Argentina?

Of course, if anyone wants to buy a nice spacious 2 bedroom apartment and needs somebody reliable to rent it out to, that you can be sure will look after it and pay all the bills, at a very reasonable rent.....I'm your man!

I'm selling a two bedroom in San Telmo, in a rapidly gentrifying area. I know it's not the time to sell, but I've been here a long time and am ready to go — but I want to sell to a foriegner and owner direct is best for both parties to avoid the real estate agency fees.
