Issues With Website For Rec. Fee (Us)

Hi,

I'm currently in Chile, have already been to Argentina/paid the reciprocity fee. Can't find my original receipt, so I'm trying to log into the Provincia Pagos website to re-print it. I entered my e-mail to retrieve my password, and it was sent. However, I can't remember my username, and I see no option to retrieve that. I tried entering my e-mail as my username, also just the first part of my e-mail without the ¨@....¨ portion, but neither works. What can I do?

You can pay again, which is probably the way they planned it.
 
Try calling the number on the website?

Or try your real name, or other common usernames you use. Is there an old email maybe from when you registered?
 
It should be in their records if you paid. I renewed my passport and they printed a copy for me when I entered Argentina the last time.

Just make it clear that you already paid the fee upon arrival.

Presuming the airline lets you board without proof of payment. I asked once at Ezeiza and Migraciones told me that, if you lose your receipt (mine is in my previous passport, before they went totally electronic), don't expect much help from us.
 
The website is awful. It's for people of English speaking countries and yet the translation is pretty bad. So much for the colegio de traductores publicos. By the way, I did read something about paying for multiple passengers, so maybe the username is that of a friend or family member.

The data have been entered for you.
It has requested the reconfirmation of the data entered in the form prior to the payment of the fee.
Error persists, the agent of the National Immigration appropriate adjustment made on entering the country, setting the information in the database.
The only data that can not be changed is the nationality. Had I paid with a nationality wrong, this rate is not valid and must pay a new.
