Hey everyone! I'm in the midst of buying a property in beautiful Buenos Aires, Argentina, but here's the twist – I'm not currently in the city. 
I've already found the perfect place and negotiated a price, and even found a trusty escribano to help with the legal side of things. However, I haven't yet obtained my CUIT (tax identification number) and am still figuring out the best way to handle the money transfer.
Has anyone here gone through the process of buying property in Buenos Aires (or Argentina in general) without being physically present? Any advice, tips, or shared experiences would be incredibly appreciated. How did you manage the CUIT and financial transactions? Any hurdles I should be aware of?
