I know this is an old posting but wondering if your wife had any luck with silversmithing classes in Bs As. Would love to take classes myself.

Landsmann- Orfebre/ Silversmith, Buenos Aires, Argentina
I know he sometimes teaches workshops in europe and north america, not sure if he teaches here or not, but he is a very fine craftsman, and he would know.
