Job - Best way to recruit someone?

Hi people

I have a job I need to fill here, a kind of project manager/office manager/account manager type person who can speak english spanish and ideally portugese who is living here in BA and who could work for a property company.

Anyone got any bright ideas how to find somsone? Eg where to stick an ad or whatever? Any help would be much appreciated!!

Hi Simon,
I was wondering if you had any more information on this position. Where is the position located? How much is the pay? Is there any specific credentials other than the language?
My Argentine boyfriend is currently seeking employment, he is a full time student (but takes classes at night), is a native Spanish speaker, speaks excellent English, and knows a decent amount of Portuguese.
Let me know if this might be a good match!
