I second the Mercosur idea. They have very good Uruguayan pizza. It sure beats some of the pizza you find in BA. They have all you can eat specials. Go to the lighthouse. Rent a scooter and go to the beaches area. Don't use ARS, the reverse blue rate is ridiculous. Take advantage of the fact that for a while you can use your cards again. Have fun.
