Kite

Hey all, I need to find a good kite to buy my brother for christmas, but have no idea where I might buy one here in B.A.
I feel like I might have seen them being sold on the roadside once or twice, but now of course, they've all disappeared.

I'm thinking there might be a speciality sports shop with good ones - as i don't want to buy a flimsy toy kite.

Any ideas?
