Latin American Wins Nobel Prize

Mario Vargas Llosa a Peruvian has won the 2010 Nobel Prize for Literature.

He is also a frequent critic of the Kirchners, Hugo Chavez, and other like governments. He has made some interesting comments on Argentina in the link below.
