Leading International Digital Marketing Agency is Looking to Hire a Publisher Ad Operations Technical Account Manager.
This is a great opportunity to work with an international company and help lead their expanding South American office!
The purpose of this role is to provide technical account management and support to clients to enable them to meet their online marketing objectives using DoubleClick technology, including implementation, and end user support. This is a technical role in a fast paced, independent, innovative environment with a strong client services focus.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Advanced computer skill: Excel, Internet & HTML (Javascript & Flash an advantage)
* Demonstrated ability to work as both a leader and a team player
* Tertiary qualification
* Any experience/exposure to online marketing (asset)
* Proven client service experience (essential)
* Strong problem-solving and project participation skills
* Customer-focused work ethic
* Detail-oriented with effective organization and documentation skills
* Professional verbal and written communication skills - Fluent in English and Spanish
* Must currently reside in BA or be able to relocate in 60 days
