Leaving Argentina As A Foreigner With Dollars / Euros?

Hi all,

Quick question: is it possible to leave AR as a Tourist with dollars or euros in cash or are there any restrictions or problems to be expected? AFAIK it is problematic for Argentines, right? Any experiences with the famous AFIP perros?
