Leaving Ba With Dog @ Eze - Question/help

Does anyone have experience LEAVING EZE with their dog to another country?

I have all the paper work shots etc. But my question, and it may be weird...

Is leaving on a Sunday going to be a problem? Will there be someone at the airport to clear my dog to leave? Is that even needed? Thanks if you have any info or personal experience.

Especially if you're checking the dog and not taking him on the plane.
