Where would I go to legalize a document or a letter issued by my embassy (country is not a signatory to the Hague Convention) here in Buenos Aires? I'm assuming its the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that would legalize such documents?

If anyone's done this before, could you tell me what I need to bring with me (other than the DNI) and how the process actually goes. Also, what is this "legalization" called here?

Nevermind folks.

For anyone else looking for information on this. You have to go to Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Arenales 819 – 1º subsuelo – C.A.B.A) between 8:30 AM and 1 PM. You have to bring the original document/letter and a photocopy. If your document was issued by a country that is a signatory to the Hague Convention and its apostilled accordingly, then your document should be accepted here in Argentina without needing further legalization of it.
