Looking for a Customer Service and Marketing representative!


ProGiftNet.com, is seeking a Customer Service and Marketing representative to help in the day to day customer support and social media outreach. Work schedule will be Monday-Saturday, schedule will vary.

Job Summary

About you:

· You're a self-starter with a passion for learning who is not afraid to ask questions.
· Interest in Marketing and Customer Service
· Will put you customer service skills to use on a daily basis by explaining the benefits of our services and helping customers through chat and phone support
· Answer customer queries, handle objections, handle orders
· Interact with existing customers, you will provide basic customer service and direction whenever possible.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Computer and internet savvy
· Attention to detail and ability to prioritize within a multi-tasking environment;
· Team focused approach
· Microsoft Office skills
· Assist with daily activity and content on social media, including blog, Facebook, Instagram
· Present creative and innovative ideas to the team.
· Bilingual English/Spanish, knowledge of French or German is a plus
