An internet company in the tourism field is looking for a customer service person for full time/part time position.
Requirements:
Fluent English and Portuguese
Communication skills in both languages
Previous experience in customer support and/or sales
Fast learner
Multitasking abilities
Internet & computer skills
Ability to understand and identify customer needs
High sense of compromise
